When will my meals and snacks arrive?

We deliver your meals and snacks to you by 6am daily on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Your Saturday delivery will include meals for both Saturday and Sunday. The insulated cooler bags will be dropped off at your front door. Please call us with any special instructions for gaining access to your front door.

 

Do I need to worry about being home or sleeping when my meals are delivered?

No, the meals and snacks are delivered in high quality insulated cooler bags to keep them fresh. Also, our delivery team is very courteous, and will be sure to be as quiet as possible when they drop your bag(s) off outside your front door.

 

What if I have a food allergy?

We take food allergies seriously. Please call us directly to speak with one of our specialists about your food allergy and/or allergies so that we can make certain that we can appropriately accommodate your needs.

 

What if I don’t like certain foods?

Paleo Delivers works closely with each of our clients to make sure they have meals and snacks they thoroughly enjoy! When ordering online, you can submit foods that you don’t like, or you can call us to have us remove any foods you don’t like from your menu. Please note that the removal of certain commonly used foods will limit your menu variety. If you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to call us.

 

What do I do with the cooler bags that contain my meals & snacks?

Please leave the empty bag outside your door, and our delivery team will collect it the following delivery day.

Do you deliver to my area?

Please check out our delivery cities page (Link to Delivery Cities Page) or if you don’t see your city/zip listed, please call us directly to inquire about making special delivery arrangements for areas outside our general delivery area. We will do our best to accommodate your custom delivery needs.

 

Can I pause or suspend my service and resume at a later date?

Yes, Paleo Delivers services can be suspended with 48 hours notice.

 

Can I customize the number of days and number of meals/snacks I receive?

Yes, please call one of our customer service specialists at (310) 795-7750 so that they can work with you to tailor a plan to your specific needs.

 

Do You Only Use Organic Produce and Grass Fed Meats?

Paleo Delivers adheres to the highest Paleo Diet standards and uses the finest quality grass-fed/free range meats and organic produce unless market availability precludes it. In which case, Chef LaLa selects the highest quality alternatives.

 

Are Paleo Delivers Meals and Snacks Gluten Free?

All Paleo Delivers Meals and Snacks are Gluten Free, Grain Free, Bean Free, Dairy Free, and Refined Sugar Free

 

When can I expect to receive my first order?

During checkout you can select your delivery start date. If you place your order today by 8pm, you can start receiving Paleo Pure Meals and Snacks in as little as 2 days. For example, place an order on a Monday by 8pm and start receiving Paleo Pure meals and snacks at your door by 6am on Wednesday. If you have special scheduling needs, please call us at (310) 795-7750.
